the brief

To create an engaging infographic EDM for Changi Airport Group that clearly explains and illustrates to the vendors of Changi Airport Group the various new initiatives created under Changi’s Quality Service Management.


The Concept

With the target audience being the upper management groups, I designed the EDM to adopt a clear and professional look, while it still looking vibrant and engaging. Clarity was key in this project, and each graphic was made to communicate an important point and aspect of the initiatives in a straightforward manner. All in all, it was an interesting project that exposed me to the various platform we design on.

The Background

Recognised as a world-class airport, Changi Airport prides itself in offering the best shopping, dining and entertainment experiences for travellers around the world. With many varieties of outlets and stores throughout their terminals, customer service is of utmost importance to them. Hence, Changi Airport has created several initiatives for vendors to improve their overall customer experiences.
