To build a fictional brand for an emerging self-storage company in Singapore
which aims to leverage on the growing popularity of self-storage.


The Background

Self-storage has been growing in popularity nowadays as Singaporeans face a big problem of having space crunch with increasingly smaller living spaces. However, many self-storage companies are focusing on selling the quality of their storage space and convenience. Thus, customer experience has been sorely neglected. Most of the time, customers have difficulty transitioning into their new storage space because of complicated and unclear processes, hence Home+ aims to improve that.
